What is the Irish Running Show?
The Irish Running Show is a two-day event for runners of all abilities and anyone interested in health and fitness.
There are 100+ brands to shop and explore, meet the experts, and learn from our exciting line up of speakers. Want to get active on the day? Visit our interactive zones or have a go at Pilates and Yoga for runners.
With representatives from running clubs, races and events, you'll have the chance to chat to others and get your race calendar planned for the year ahead.
It's a day out for all ages so bring your family and friends- kids go free!

Pieta
Our official charity partner for the event is Pieta, who provide a range of services nationally to people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide. All of their services are provided free of charge, and no referral is needed.
More than 41,000 hours of free professional therapy are provided through Pieta’s services each year with over 6,000 people receiving ongoing support through Pieta’s therapy services - over one third of them are u18.
75% of Pieta’s annual income comes from community fundraising and donations
